Ravika is the quartermaster for the Darkspear Rebellion. She briefly appears at the Dranosh'ar Blockade near Fo'rum the Postmaker for players who are on  [10-45] To Be Prepared and  [10-45] The Battle for Broken Shore and have not yet been to the Broken Shore, and later takes up residence at Darkspear Hold within the Echo Isles.
