Kor'kron Stone was used as a currency for the Darkspear Rebellion. It dropped from various high-level mobs in the Northern Barrens, such as Kor'kron Earthshakers, Kor'kron Flameworgs, Kor'kron Immolators, and Wild Earths. It could also be looted from Kor'kron Stone Crates and 
[Surplus Supplies].
