Kor'kron Lumber dropped from various high-level NPCs in the Northern Barrens, such as Hellscream Laborers, Kor'kron Marauders, Mercenary Shredders, and Kor'kron Assassins. It could also be looted from Kor'kron Lumber piles, Kor'kron Lumber Crates, and 
[Surplus Supplies].
