Lithragosa is a blue dragon located near the Rostrum of Transformation at Skytop Observatory in the Waking Shores, at Rusza'thar Reach in the Ohn'ahran Plains, and in Valdrakken.

She allows player characters to access certain functionalities of their Dragonriding mounts, like viewing their Dragonriding Skills (which can also be accessed in the Dragon Isles Summary window), and enable ride-along passengers to allow their dragonriding mounts to carry a passenger, similar to a normal passenger mount.
