Key of the Inner Chambers is purchased from Archivist Roh-Suir at Tier 2 for 25 [Cataloged Research] at the Reliquary of Remembrance at Keeper's Respite in Korthia. Use the key to open the Korthian Relic Box at ^{[43.8, 77.0]} on the southwestern portion of the Vault of Secrets island.

Get to the Vault of Secrets by taking the Flayedwing Transporter at the Necrolord Covenant camp at Keeper's Respite.
