The Netherstar is found inside a Korthian Relic Box at ^{[33.0, 41.9]} hidden under a ledge on the northwest side ofthe Estuary of Awakening. Open the chest with the  [Key of Flowing Waters], purchased for 25x [Cataloged Research] at Tier 2 with the Archivists' Codex from Archivist Roh-Suir. The netherstar starts the  [60] The Netherstar quest, one of many relics for  [Reliquary Restoration].
