Gorak Claw Fetish is found inside a Korthian Relic Box at [41.2, 60.1] inside a small cave in the southwestern portion of Seeker's Quorum. Open the chest with the 
[Key of Many Thoughts], purchased for 25x 
[Cataloged Research] at Tier 2 with the Archivists' Codex from Archivist Roh-Suir. The fetish starts the 
[60] Gorak Claw Fetish quest, one of many relics for 
[Reliquary Restoration].
