Gladiator is a temporary title earned by winning 50 3v3 arena matches while at Elite rank (2400+ rating) in an arena season. It is usable for the rest of the season and is formatted as: Gladiator <name>
Earning this title grants the 
[Gladiator] achievement.
Patch changes
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now earned by winning 50 3v3 matches at 2400+ rating in a season (was by ending a season in the top 0.5% of the ladder). Now usable in the season it was earned, rather than in the next season. (Source)
