The Prestigious is a title obtained by earning 
[Honor Level 50].
The title precedes the character's name in the following format:
- The Prestigious <name>
Prior to patch 8.0.1, it could have been obtained from 
[Decade of Dominance].

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): It can now be obtained from [Honor Level 50]. 
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
