Concord Observatory.

Concord Observatory is a ruined observatory found in the Waking Shores. Azerothian Archives records indicate that the dragonkin in the observatory were mapping heavenly bodies in an attempt to predict the future. Ruby Tenders and Ruby Wardens can be found in the area, seemingly in the process of fixing up the observatory. The topmost levels of the observatory are a roosting place for dreadsqualls. Nulltheria the Void Gazer can occasionally be found at the top of the highest tower. Zenata leads a technoscrying into the area in order to discover new archeological finds on the place.
