The Uktulut Pier is a small harbor belonging to the Uktulut tribe of tuskarr living in the Waking Shores, accessed through the Crumbling Cliffs. The tribe used to trade with the Iskaara Tuskarr here until the djaradin began attacking their territory.[citation needed]
