Bloodthorn Cave is a cave inhabited by the pale orcs in western Shadowmoon Valley. They lure and feast on the ravagers outside by feeding them mushrooms found in their cave to make them fall asleep. Roona and her friends ate the mushrooms, fell asleep and now they are trapped inside.

The  [Battered Wolfskull Helm] stored in the Rotting Basket indicates one of the pale orcs is a former Shadowmoon clan shaman.
