Gorum is found clinging to the ceiling at [32.9, 33.3] in Bloodthorn Cave in northwestern Shadowmoon Valley. He drops the 
[Precious Bloodthorn Loop] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether Gorum has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(33664))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, Gorum has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
Trivia
- Gorum is a reference to Gollum, from the The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. His loot, the [Precious Bloodthorn Loop], refers to the One Ring.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2014-11-13): Gorum can now be tapped by multiple characters. All players who contributed to defeating Gorum will now become eligible for loot. - Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
