The Rotting Basket is found inside the skeleton near where Diaani was being held for 
[10-40] A Matter of Life and Death in the Bloodthorn Cave in northwest Shadowmoon Valley. It contains the 
[Battered Wolfskull Helm] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the Rotting Basket has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(33572))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the Rotting Basket has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
