Bleeds are damage over time debuffs that deal physical damage, which cannot be resisted and ignore armor. While bleeds don't have a dispel type, there are "dispel mechanic" effects specifically dispel them, and abilities like
[Bloodseeker] triggers on bleeds.

Increasing bleed damage
Removing abilities
Though not directly labeled as such, the paladin abilities
[Divine Shield] and
[Blessing of Protection] and the mage ability
[Ice Block] remove bleeds (as well as all debuffs in general in the cases of Divine Shield and Ice Block).
