Improvements

Multiple Focus regeneration buffs from Barbed Shot can be active at the same time. These are displayed as separate buff icons with separate durations.
Using Barbed Shot on a target that already has the bleed effect will not cause the damage to stack up. Any remaining damage from the previous bleed will be lost.

Hotfix (2024-09-17): Damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13):
- Damage reduced by 25%.
- No longer reduced by 7% in PvP combat.
Hotfix (2023-07-24): Damage increased by 15%.
