It is an exclusive choice node with [Caustic Spatter].

Notes

Hotfix (2023-11-14): Fixed an issue that caused Internal Bleeding to be incorrectly applied by [Deathmark]'s version of [Rupture].

- Damage reduced by 20%
- This effect is now also applied by Rupture.
- Now applies to mouseover target if used from a mouseover macro.
