The Aquatic Shades are obtained from an 
[Immaculate Sac of Swog Treasures], purchased from The Great Swog at [82.3, 73.2] in the Roaring Dragonsprings of southeastern Ohn'ahran Plains for 1x 
[Gold Coin of the Isles]. This is part of the process to acquire the 
[Otto] mount. Get to the Bubble Bath dive bar at [19.6, 36.5] off the northwestern coast of the Waking Shores, use the toy, then stand on the dance pad until the Dance, Dance 'Til You're Dead debuff wears off.
After the player wakes up in the Hissing Grotto, they will see an 
[Empty Fish Barrel] next to them. Pick it up, then fish up 100x 
[Frigid Floe Fish] from the waters near Iskaara in southwestern Azure Span to make a [Half-Filled Fish Barrel]. Then fish up 25x 
[Calamitous Carp] from the lava around Obsidian Citadel to make a [Brimming Fish Barrel]. Finally fish up 
[Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish] by Algeth'ar Academy to make the [Overflowing Fish Barrel]. Return to the Hissing Grotto and place the overflowing barrel to spawn Otto the ottuk, who offers 
[60] The Way to an Otto's Heart, rewarding the mount.
