[Brimming Fish Barrel] after fishing up 
[Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish] by Algeth'ar Academy to make this barrel. Then return to the Hissing Grotto dive bar at [19.6, 36.5] off the northwestern coast of the Waking Shores and place the item where the [Empty Fish Barrel] was originally picked up. Otto the ottuk will swim up and offer 
[60] The Way to an Otto's Heart, rewarding the Otto mount.
