Vassandra Stormclaw is a night elf druid located at Tal'doren in Gilneas and in the Howling Oak in Darnassus as a druid trainer.
History
Vassandra was one of the night elves who traveled to Gilneas to deal with the worgen curse. To worgen adventurers, she explained the background of the worgen curse and requested they bring her Moonleaves for the ritual to restore balance.[1]
When the Alliance met to vote for the worgen in Darnassus, she led a ritual of balance for Varian Wrynn.[2] There, she also met Mia Greymane, and helped the Gilnean worgen with their affliction. Vassandra is considered an expert on the worgen curse,[3] and has spent much time and effort in search of a cure.[4]
During the Fourth War, Vassandra was in Duskwood, assisting the residents of Raven Hill with their attempts to cure the feral worgen in the area.[3] Tess Greymane, wishing to become a worgen, sought her aid. Oliver Harris's sedative was used to capture Nightbane worgen, including Bloodeyes, to keep in cages and test cures on.[4] Vassandra used Duskwood's connection to the Emerald Dream, wolf fangs,[5] and a rare bloom[6] to summon Goldrinn, who then showed the princess how it feels to be a worgen.[7]
During the Reclamation of Gilneas, Vassandra was seen fighting alongside Celestine of the Harvest in Cathedral Quarter of Gilneas City against the members of the Scarlet Crusade.
She can also be seen in Belanaar in Amirdrassil speaking with Celestine.
