Incarnate Invasions:
With the warning from the dracthyr of this new threat heroes of Draenor would come to an Outland once more at war as Primalists were moving against the people of Outland. Attacking the regions of Kalidar, Stranglethorn Marsh and Khaz Modan the Primalists would summon forth Elemental powers drawn from their world's Elemental Planes. These invasions were directed by Magatha Grimtotem, the speaker for Raszageth who freed her from the Froststone Vault. The Primalists have amassed an army largely drawn from Azeroth's native population save for humans, who the Primalists have sworn to eradicate for destroying their world, and as such largely consists of elves, tauren, dwarves, furbolgs, gnolls and races Draenor heroes haven't seen yet such as centaur and tuskarr.
The ultimate point of this invasion was not conquest but to siphon power back to the Dragon Isles to free the other Incarnates as Raszageth has deemed the ruined Outland beyond saving. The ultimate goal of the renewed Incarnate movement is to take the war to Draenor itself and turn it into a new dragon homeworld. For that they need power, siphoning it from Outland, bargaining with shadowy powers and seeking entrance to the mythical Emerald Dream, a realm of life connected primarily to Azeroth that should house enough power to allow the Incarnates to take Draenor.
Invasion of the Emerald Dream
Vyranoth has taken control of the Primalist movement and has set her eyes on the World Tree resting within the Dream. Having grown uncaring towards her fellow Incarnates she weeps not for the deaths of Raszageth and Fyrakk, though does have fury towards Iridikron for abandoning the war effort. Rolling in the followers of the other Incarnates into her own she besieges the Emerald Dream wielding shadowfrost and a cold resolve. Her efforts are of course opposed by the Aspects led by Alextrasza, who long ago was a close friend of Vyranoth and seeing her friend who once was full of love and life fall into a power hungry state has broken her heart.
The fact the Primalists were able to enter the Dream is suspect and the Greens determined there were traitors among them. After weeding out a few dragon traitors it was discovered that Archdruid Fandral Staghelm was actually an adherent of Vyranoth, having converted some years, and he helped open the way into the Dream. Vyranoth was able to snatch her favourite mortal servant before he could be apprehended and he was sent to the frontlines of the war over the Dream. Many elves have converted over to the Primalist movement as they had lost faith in the dragons after years of Outland crumbling as well as some being bitter about the actions of Deathwing when he ruled over Outland for two decades, as well as some wanting the complete eradication of humans for destroying Azeroth.
As the Valdrakken Accord were being overwhelmed they called for reinforcements from across Outland and beyond, which would climax during a confrontation between Alextrasza and Vyranoth. Figures from across the Dragon Isles and Outland arrived backed by a scattering of heroes from Draenor to reinforce the dragons and save the World Tree, the key to revitalising Outland. Ultimately the Primalist assaulted the World Tree blooming inside the Emerald Dream and after a fierce battle led to the ultimate demise of Vyranoth and the revitalisation of the Aspect's power that they spent in the Demon Soul so long ago. With there being five aspects once more the Accord works to make amends with any rogue Primalist and proto-dragon that seeks it and set about seeing Outland revitalised. It will never be whole again, but at least the world will stop crumbling and life will eventually return to the most desolate of places.
