The Uktulut tribe is a tribe of tuskarr who have made their home in the Uktulut Backwater of the Waking Shores on the Dragon Isles. They are also present in the Uktulut Pier and Uktulut Outpost.
History
The Uktulut tribe previously traded with the Iskaara Tuskarr at Uktulut Pier until the djaradin began attacking their territory.
