Sneed is an elite goblin found in the Mast Room in the Deadmines. Sneed was Edwin VanCleef's lumbermaster and pilots Sneed's Shredder.

When Jerias Bloodvein invaded the Deadmines, Sneed was killed by Bloodvein's crew.[1]

Adventure Guide

Sneed was hired as a lumbermaster for his ruthless efficiency. His goal is simple: construct a juggernaut as cheaply as possible. By using the shredder he built himself to lead production, he achieves terrifyingly fast results.

Abilities

Original

  • Ability warrior disarm.png Disarm — Disarmed an enemy, forcing it to stop wielding its weapon for 5 sec.

Classic Timewalking

Stage 1: Sneed's Shredder

Sneed rides a deadly lumber-slicing device.

  • Ability physical taunt.png Terrify Tank Alert — Sneed terrifies an enemy, causing them to flee in fear for 3 sec.
  • Ability racial cannibalize.png Distracting Pain — Reduces an enemy's casting speed by 35% for 15 sec.
  • Ability warrior cleave.png Cleave — Sneed cuts a wide arc with his shredder, inflicting Physical damage to up to 3 targets in front of him.

Stage 2: Sneed

Once his shredder is destroyed, Sneed resorts to handling the situation himself.

  • Ability warrior disarm.png Disarm — Sneed disarms his target, forcing them to stop wielding their weapon for 3 sec.

Strategy

Sneed can be difficult to pull without attracting the attention of any mobs, so it is recommended to kill as many mobs as you could before pulling him. The battle takes place in two phases. Once you bring Sneed's Shredder's health to 0%, Sneed exits the shredder and you have to bring him down again. If you are fast you can also run away fast from the shredder, then Sneed would not be pulled, but you could have difficulties with targeting him again.

Also, players have to be aware that if the tank does not know that Sneed would jump out, and does not immediately pick up aggro, it will be VERY difficult to prevent a wipe, since Sneed moves fast, attacks fast, and hits pretty hard. He is capable of taking down casters in mere seconds.

Notes

  • When fighting Sneed in his shredder he had hair, but when the machine was destroyed he went bald.
  • When you destroyed the machine and Sneed popped out, you could still see Sneed smushed under the shredder, leaving two Sneeds in the room.
