Shela the Windbinder is a tauren Primalist located on an islet just south of Ridgewater Retreat in the Ohn'ahran Plains. A servant of Koroleth, she used her storm magic to help Clan Nokhud slaughter the Ohn'ir mystics at the retreat in order to capture their totems and their ohuna. Tigari Khan sent her ohuna Altan to investigate the reports of an outsider working with the Nokhud, allowing Shela to capture the bird.[1][2]
Abilities
Imprison — Channel an imprisoning spell at your target, inflicting Nature damage every 2 sec. Upon completing the spell, the target is imprisoned in storm magic, stunning them for 3 sec.
Lightning Crash — Stuns all enemies within 4 yards of the impact, rendering them unable to move or attack for 3 sec. Inflicts Nature damage to enemies within 4 yards of the impact.
Shocking Touch — Assail the target with a storm-infused strike, inflicting Nature damage and rooting them for 3 sec.
