Shang Xi's Academy is the in-game faction of starting playable pandaren, who start their adventure on the Wandering Isle of Shen-zin Su.
For nearly three generations, the esteemed Shang Xi has prepared pandaren heroes for lives of adventure.
Quests
- Main article: Wandering Isle storyline
The only quests that give reputation for this faction are those on the Wandering Isle; as a result, only pandaren are able to increase their standing with Shang Xi's Academy.
Notes
In earlier beta builds, this faction was known as the Pandaren Adventurer's Guild.

Since Shang Xi died and Elder Shaopai moved to the temple, it can be speculated that Shaopai became the new leader of the Academy.
