Moonwater Retreat [66, 87] is is located in southeast Jade Forest and is bordered by the Bamboo Wilds, the Den of Sorrow, Amberfly Bog and the Pearl Lake. The jinyu here have been slaughtered by the hozen.
The jinyu lore object Watersmithing is found on the western side of the central pond of the retreat. Interacting it is a requirement of the Pandaria exploration achievement 
[Fish Tales].
