The Forest Heart is a large wooded area found in central Jade Forest. It spans from the valley between the Tian Monastery and Dawn's Blossom. The Lair of the Jade Witch can be found near its southern end. It is bordered by (among other locations) the Silkwood.
Much of the woods has become taken over by Jade Guardians, recently released by the Jade Witch, when a few pandaren children knocked on her door.

Dig site
Underneath the Gong of Hope is a pandaren dig site.
Notes
- According to Li Li Stormstout, the thick bamboo forest has groves so dense that no sound penetrates from the outside, and all that can be heard is the rustle of and fall of leaves and the creak of bamboo.[1]
