To get this quest you first have to kill Hakkar the Soulflayer in Zul'Gurub and retrieve the Heart of Hakkar.

Description
The Heart of Hakkar burns from within. Although the Soulflayer is defeated, the kernel of his power yet remains in this cursed organ.

- Molthor says: Now, only one step remains to rid us of the Soulflayer's threat...
- Molthor says: Begin the ritual, my servants. We must banish the heart of Hakkar back into the void!
Servants of the Hand perform a channel cast on the heart.
- Molthor says: All Hail <player>, slayer of Hakkar, and hero of Azeroth!
