Makers' Perch
The Makers' Perch, [28, 39] is a titan facility constructed as a vantage point where they oversaw their creations. The perch is located in northwest Sholazar Basin and is home to several titan constructs that continue to guard the empty halls.
Compared to the Makers' Overlook, Makers' Perch is a lesser place. Its entrance is cut into the mountain wall, but it rests on the floor of the basin. The relatively short hall within ends in large, arched observation windows that look out into the sea.[1]
According to Brann Bronzebeard, a gnome took a submarine out to this area of the sea, and she didn't find these windows.[1]
Notes
The Activation Switch Gamma is found deep within near what appears to be windows to the North Sea. However, if you swam to that location, none of what you saw in the perch exists on the other side.
