Klatt was the captain of the ship the Raknor and a merchant who served as the dealer of crops from the farmers in the Razor Hill region in Durotar. While in Ratchet trading he got in an argument with the human captain Joq and were both arrested by goblin bruiser Muzzlecrank before they killed each other.

Klatt's brother Raknor had died fighting the Burning Legion years earlier, and he had named his ship after him.
