Iron-Body Ponshu is a pandaren located at the Peak of Serenity in the Kun-Lai Summit.
Legion
He survived the Burning Legion's attack on the Peak and now resides in the Hall of the Seasons of the Temple of Five Dawns on the Wandering Isle.
Ponshu was one of the order hall champions who met Khadgar and Velen at Krasus' Landing to discuss the Pillars of Creation.[1] He is also seen in Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.[citation needed]
When Magni called upon the champions of the Armies of Legionfall to draw the corruption out of the Sword of Sargeras, Ponshu carried 
[Fu Zan, the Wanderer's Companion] if the player was not a monk, representing the Order of the Broken Temple.[2]

Notes
In Patch 7.0.3, the Brewmaster spec was changed. All monks were mailed a 
[Brewmasher's Staff] by Ponshu.
Brewmaster!
Due to recent changes to our training and techniques, Brewmasters are now required to use a two-handed weapon, like a staff or polearm. In fact, some of your abilities can only be pulled off if you have a two-handed weapon equipped!
A staff is enclosed to help you with this transition.
