Winglord Dezran is a dracthyr, second in command of the Ebon Scales.
Dezran accompanied Scalecommander Sarkareth back to the Forbidden Reach after Raszageth's death and spied on the Primal Incarnates when they obtained a device containing the location to Aberrus.[1] He and the rest of the Sundered Flame followed their Scalecommander into Zaralek Cavern to claim Neltharion's legacy. He held off Scalecommander Emberthal and an adventurer when Sarkareth sought out the Oathbinder in Nal ks'kol, but was spared by her.[2] Within Aberrus, his faith in Sarkareth began to waiver as he grew more brazen in his quest for power, disregarding the lives of his soldiers. After hearing the Echo of Neltharion planned to manipulate the dracthyr into his service, he freed the adventurers pursuing Sakareth, before being knocked unconscious by the echo. After Sarkareth's death, Dezran was unsure of where the future lied for his people. He disappeared from the Sundered Flame for a time, but returned when Emberthal tried to rescue Marithos from them in Lonely Falls in the Azure Span. He convinced the rest of the Sundered Flame to become the Ebon Scales once more and pledged his service as Winglord to Emberthal.[3] He then returned with the other dracthyr to Valdrakken.

Disintegrate — Tear into an enemy with a blast of blue magic, inflicting Spellfrost damage over 3 sec and reducing their movement speed by 30%.
Fire Breath — Inhale, stoking your inner flame. Release to exhale, burning enemies in a cone in front of you for 15 Fire damage.
Orb of Protection — Caster summons an orb that revolves around himself, inflicting Arcane damage every 1 sec and silencing any enemy within its area.
