Doomrider Helgrim is a Forsaken located at Go'Shek Farm in the Arathi Highlands. He also appears during the Legacy of Arathor campaign, where he is speaking to several Stromgarde Exiles.
Abilities
Charge — Charges forward, inflicting Physical damage to enemies in a line and stunning for 2 sec.
Thunder Clap — Blasts all enemies within 8 yards for 200 Physical damage and reduces their movement speed by 50% for 8 sec.

Some of the Forsaken are former citizens of Stromgarde.
Unable to return home, they have dispersed across Azeroth -- most have settled in Lordaeron and many have joined the Defilers. Some have gone as far as Orgrimmar and Thunder Bluff.
A few stay in Hammerfall, wishing to be close to their ancestral lands.
Perhaps one day Stromgarde will open its gates to them.
But that day is not today.
