Bootlegger Outpost is a small outpost of the Steamwheedle Cartel located on the edge of the Gaping Chasm in Tanaris. Narain Soothfancy can now be found here, along with his book Soothsaying for Dummies.
Marin Noggenfogger sent the goblins here on a mission to either find a way to make a profit off the silithid or wipe them clean off the map.
During the Burning Legion's invasion, the outpost fell under the Legion's control. Its residents were enslaved by nathrezim but later rescued by the defenders.
After the Fourth War, the outpost was visited by Zekhan and Rexxar.[1]

Oddly, the flight master is flagged under Ratchet, rather than Gadgetzan like the rest of the goblins here.
