Blessed Defender of Nordrassil is a title granted when picking up 
[Branch of Nordrassil] just after defeating Volcanus.
The title is not permanent, but is granted via a 2-hour buff called 
Blessed Defender of Nordrassil — Recently defeated Volcanus the Firelord and rescued the Branch of Nordrassil. It also makes the caster to leave a trail of flowers when walking.
