Baron Aquanis is a water elemental found in the Moonshrine Ruins of Blackfathom Deeps. He is summoned when a party member tries to collect the Fathom Stone as part of [26D] Amongst the Ruins.

Objective of

Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
