Sentinel-trainee Issara was a night elf quest giver found just inside Blackfathom Deeps of Ashenvale alongside with Sentinel Aluwyn, Relwyn Shadestar, and Ashelan Northwood.
Since Warlords of Draenor, she is no longer found in the updated dungeon, her whereabouts remain unknown.
