Scout Thaelrid is a night elf quest giver found in the Pool of Ask'ar of Blackfathom Deeps.

Background

Many rumors circulate these days about the union of the Twilight's Hammer and the naga in Blackfathom Deeps on the coasts of Ashenvale. The role of the Argent Dawn there is to collect as much information as they can, so they know when and where help is needed.

Thus, they sent Scout Thaelrid as a scout to check on the activity at Blackfathom Deeps, but the night elf has not yet reported back, because he has been grievously wounded. He found out that the cultists, led by Twilight Lord Kelris, sacrifice innocents to the hydra Aku'mai for power.

Cataclysm

In Cataclysm, he has lost his tabard and is affiliated with Darnassus. He is also renamed from Argent Guard Thaelrid to Scout Thaelrid and lost the title <The Argent Dawn>.
