Aspen Grove Post is a trapper outpost located just northeast of Amberpine Lodge within the Grizzly Hills.[34, 64] The human NPCs found here are initially friendly to the Alliance. Both vendors here sell unique, if not very useful, items.
The trappers here are led by Ivan, who is looking for a cedar chest implied to contain the Scythe of Elune. He also serves as a point of contact between Silverbrook and the Alliance outpost at Amberpine Lodge. However, after completing the quest 
[15-30] Escape from Silverbrook all NPCs here become hostile to all factions.
