Bloodmoon Isle
Bloodmoon Isle[82.6, 30] is an island off the coast of the Grizzly Hills in eastern Northrend. Standing above the trees at the top of the island is Shadowfang Tower, the new sanctum of Archmage Arugal — who was raised from the dead to serve the Lich King. The island is inhabited by Arugal's worgen and human members of the Wolfcult.
At some point during the war against the Lich King, the isle was attacked by adventurers who killed the Shade of Arugal in the tower,[1] with his lieutenants targeted by Sasha.[2]
Years later, following the war against the Jailer, the Bronzebeard brothers visited Northrend once again. During their exploration, they made note that the tower still remained; and that while Arugal was dead, his cult still lingered.[3]

Inspiration
The name may be a reference to the Morrowind expansion pack Bloodmoon, which introduced werewolves to the game.
