Prior to Cataclysm.
The Angerfang Encampment, located in central Wetlands, is the largest Dragonmaw orc camp in the region, belonging to the Angerfang.
Formerly led by Nek'rosh Skullcrusher, son of Nekros Skullcrusher, their plan was to use the encampment as a rallying point to attack Menethil Harbor with catapults.[1] The Alliance finally sent agents to deal with Nek'rosh, thus ending the Dragonmaw threat to Menethil.[2] Captain Stoutfist had also adventurers bring him war banners from the defeated Angerfangs.[3]
In the years surrounding the Cataclysm, leadership of the clan fell back to Gorfax Angerfang. He was eventually attacked by Alliance adventurers sent by Prospector Whelgar to ensure that the Dragonmaw do not attack them at Whelgar's Retreat.[4]
