Ammen Vale is a small island off the coast of Azuremyst Isle. Crystalbrook River divides the two. The Spirit of the Vale is located in the Sacred Grove.
This is the starting area for the draenei players.
Geography
Ammen Vale is a lightly forested valley with escape pods, crystals, and smoking bits of the crashed planar ship scattered about the landscape.

Notes
- This is the only starting area, due to the no-flying restrictions and 6 high level elite guards, that can not be easily accessed by the opposite faction. Entering may require up to 3 deaths.
