Volatile Mutations are fleshbeast mobs that can be found throughout Ammen Vale on Azuremyst Isle. They were once animals, and have been mutated by radiation seeping from the Exodar's power cores.
By analyzing samples from the nearby Mutated Root Lashers, Botanist Taerix managed to create a 
[Neutralizing Agent] capable of returning these creatures to their original forms.
