Mutated Root Lashers are orchids found in the Ammen Fields on Azuremyst Isle. They have been irradiated by a power crystal which broke away from the Exodar and fell into Silverline Lake.
Botanist Taerix analyzed samples from these lashers in order to create a 
[Neutralizing Agent] capable of cleansing the lake and returning the nearby Volatile Mutations to their original forms.
