The Valley of Sorrows is a gloomy canyon in southern Vol'dun, just east of Zul'Ahjin and north of Redrock Mesa.[54.5, 74.5] It is here that Akunda stores the painful memories he removes from his followers at the nearby Temple of Akunda. The loa's power normally keeps the memories sealed away, but recently they have been released from their magical confines and their physical manifestations now roam the valley.[1][2] As a result, the canyon has become highly dangerous, and not even the sethrak step foot in it.[3]
