Darkwood Shoal.

Darkwood Shoal is a lagoon on the coast of northeastern Vol'dun. It was once village of the Tortaka tortollans until they were driven out by the Stormcoil naga who were searching for the Ring of Tides.^[1] The Tortaka fled to Tortaka Refuge.
