Additional Info
Aberration Taming
Azjol-Nerub once echoed with the tuneless chants and eldritch rites of the Old Gods, and their corruption still festers in the darkest corners of the underworld. Many beasts have been marked by their touch, decorated with hideous mutations, and they are resistant to all but the strongest beast-tamers. In order to tame the Aberrant Beasts, you must obtain a [Ritual of Aberrant Binding] , which can be found at...
Void elves can tame Aberrant Beasts by default.
Aberrant Beasts are not a specific pet family, and they can be found as a member of multiple families, similar to undead beasts.

Simulant Beasts
Scattered around Azjol'Nerub are mysterious groves known as the Simulant Gardens. Crafted by wayward mechagnomes in appreciation and wonder of nature, they are cogwork forests of living metal and glass. Self-replicating machine beasts of all shapes and sizes dwell under platinum trees and synthetic flowers. Built in the graceful design of art nouveau and decorated with wind-up keys and gears, they are sure to be visually striking.
They can be tamed as members of the Mechanical pet family. Engineers can build a [Life-like Behavior Optimizer] , allowing all Mechanical beasts (not just Simulants) to gain the typing and abilities of the creature they are modeled after. For example, Mechanocats would gain the Ferocity spec and have access to Cat abilities.
Hidden Abilities
Some creatures can gain additional skills while exploring Azjol-Nerub by completing quests, looting objects, and more. Once learned, these skills are available across all accounts.
Murro are deceptively intelligent rodents with traits of both rats and reptiles. Through exploration, they can learn the hidden ability Nimble Paws, allowing them to pick locks!
