The Trial of Frost[62.10, 21.22] is a subzone of Azshara where the Image of Archmage Xylem gives the quest 
[5-30] The Trial of Frost and where the player can complete the achievement 
[Glutton for Icy Punishment].
One of Xylem's apprentices, Henny, can be found here attempting the Trial. The peak appears to be part of the Bitter Reaches, and one can see the dragons of Sable Ridge from this vantage point.
