Bay of Storms
The Bay of Storms is a portion of the Great Sea off the eastern coast of Kalimdor, mostly noted by travelers on the eastern coast of the Azshara. It is the location of Scalebeard's Cave, Hetaera's Clutch, and the Temple of Arkkoran. The bay is located around the area of [53, 55].
Cataclysm
Following the destruction of Kezan, the goblins of the Bilgewater Cartel have completely reshaped Azshara into a massive symbol of the Horde. With machines, they cleared the trees in Azshara,[1] and now in the center of the Bay of Storms is a great island, upon which rests Bilgewater Harbor. Most elven ruins have been cleared from the waters in order to make room for the construction of the island. The part of the bay leading out towards open sea has been filled with sea mines.
