The Tkashi Ruins are ancient troll ruins found in Stranglethorn Vale, south-west of Nesingwary's Expedition. A large group of Bloodscalp trolls live here. As part of the Alliance's continued southward movement following the collapse of Kurzen's Compound, Berrin Burnquill assigns adventurers to do battle with the ruins' inhabitants, uncover the roots of their shamanistic practices and retrieve a number of artifacts.

Page 21 of Hemet Nesingwary's autobiography Green Hills of Stranglethorn mentioned that the famed hunter and his followers passed through the ruins without incident.
